NIS students showed high results

NIS is taking part in the NASA Space Apps Challenge On October 5-6, Pavlodar hosted the third annual NASA Space Apps Challenge, a global hackathon organized by the NASA space Agency. This unique event, which takes place in more than 200 cities around the world, gathers talented enthusiasts in the field of space and programming to solve urgent problems related to space and technology.
This year, 7 teams from different schools of the region took part in the competition, among which the team of our school "Scyths" stood out. It consisted of Akhmetov Alikhan (12f), Berikuli Sabyra (12e), Kanash Rasul (12f), Kairullina Madina (12f), Zhasulan Asali (9a) and Rahimova Nadina (12e). The team took the honorable 2nd place and was awarded a cash prize of 100,000 tenge. Congratulations to the students and their supervisor, Olga Vladimirovna Litvinova, a computer science teacher, on this remarkable achievement! The successes of the guys emphasize the importance and prospects of working in the field of science and technology, inspiring future generations to new achievements.
