Teachers shared their experience

On September 30 and October 1, an internship was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemistry and Biology in Pavlodar for teachers of natural sciences, mathematics and humanities, as well as administrations of support schools. 147 teachers from 8 support schools from villages participated in this event: Irtyshsk, Bayanaul, Akkula, Terenkol, Maysky, Aktogay, Pavlodar districts and the city of Ekibastuz. 📚The participants of the internship attended lessons in physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, computer science, geography, Kazakh, Russian, English, history, art, and physical education. In addition, the teachers got acquainted with the organization of career guidance and psychological services of the school. During this internship, NIS Pavlodar teachers shared their teaching experience, held open lessons, seminars, round tables, master classes, which demonstrated new approaches in teaching and learning, special attention was paid to the use of criteria-based assessment in the classroom. Seminars on the professional development of teachers, non-standard approaches to school management, staff assessment were presented to the administration of the support schools, and the guests also got acquainted with the system of Olympiad and project movement at the school. Seminars on bullying, cyberbullying, emotional intelligence development, as well as open curatorial hours were held for the deputy directors of educational work.
