Internship "Development of functional literacy"

Today, in the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemistry and Biology in Pavlodar, within the framework of the project "Development of functional literacy of students through the organization of student-centered education", an internship of 56 teachers of basic schools from 4 district centers began: Akkuli, Bayanaul, Terenkol and Irtysh. During this internship, teachers of history, art, physical education, Kazakh, Russian and English shared their experience. NIS teachers held open lessons, seminars, round tables, master classes, which demonstrated new approaches in teaching and learning, the use of criteria-based assessment in the classroom. Seminars on the development of the Olympiad and project movement at the school were presented for the administration of the support schools.
