At the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemical and Biological Focus in Pavlodar, a contest of open lessons was held among young teachers. In the first half of the current academic year, newly hired and young teachers completed the "Bastau" training course — a professional support community for educators. Throughout the course, experienced subject teachers and trainers shared their expertise, conducted seminars, and led workshops on current issues related to teaching and student development. The young teachers are now applying the knowledge and experience gained from their mentors in their own lessons.
