PАRENT COMMITTEE

The Parent Committee of the Intellectual School is a permanent collegial self-government body of the school, acting in order to develop and improve the educational and educational process, the interaction of the parent community and the school.

The Parent Committee is established to assist the school and family in obtaining basic secondary, general secondary education, educating students focused on high moral values, intercultural understanding and serving their country.

In its activities, the Parent Committee is guided by the Constitution, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on education, the school regulations and other internal documents of the AOO.

The Parent Committee includes representatives of the parents (legal representatives) of students, at least one from each class.

Representatives to the Parents' Committee are elected annually at class parent meetings at the beginning of the school year.

To coordinate work, the Parent Committee includes the deputy director of the Intellectual School for educational work.

From its composition, the Parent Committee elects a chairman, secretary (if necessary, deputy chairmen, heads of educational, cultural, sports, financial and economic sectors can be elected), who carry out their work on a voluntary basis.

The Parent Committee is headed by a chairman elected by a simple majority of those present at the meeting of the Parent Committee.

The term of office of the Parent Committee is 1 year.

The Regulation on the Parent Committee is adopted at the pedagogical council of the school, discussed at a meeting of the Parent Committee of the school, approved and put into effect by order of the director of the Intellectual School. Changes and additions to the Regulation on the Parent Committee are made in the same order.

The decisions of the Parent Committee are advisory. Only those decisions of the Parent Committee, for the purpose of implementation of which the order of the director of the Intellectual School is issued, are binding.
