TEACHERS HAVE COMPLETED AN INTERNSHIP

NAZARBAYEV INTELLECTUAL SCHOOL OF UST-KAMENOGORSK HOSTED A FIVE-DAY INTERNSHIP FOR TEACHERS FROM DIFFERENT REGIONS TO IMPROVE THEIR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE "BILIM BERUDEGI OZGERISTIN 1000 KOSHBASHYSY".

Every day of the week was planned in different directions. On the first school day, the principal of the school, Yerniyazova Zhupat Oralovna, shared about the internal order, directions, goals and interests of the school. On the second day, teachers were able to find out from the Deputy Director of Education, Umbetaeva Zhanar Sailaubekovna, the schedule, agenda, curriculum, and feedback systems that have a major impact on the quality of education. In turn, Mukasheva Kuralai Kayirdinovna shared the experience of implementing research by teachers on the structure (approaches, directions and forms) and content of methodological work, the orientation of young specialists, professional development of teachers, continuous improvement of learning. And the second half of the week was filled with information providing an educational environment for parenting. Deputy Director for Education Mukhtarkhanova Gulshat Toktasynovna and teacher-organizer-curator Zhumagalieva Alua Alibekovna made teacher internships more interesting by conducting classes on topics within school educational projects, the experience of involving parents in improving the education and upbringing of students, conducted fun games that will be needed in the future at work with students.

Over the few days of the internship, where many new ideas were demonstrated, the teachers accumulated a lot of knowledge.

After the internship, Anara Kadyrbekovna Akhmadieva, a member of the group, provided a feedback to the organizers:

- From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank the administration of the NIS in Ust-Kamenogorsk. The course program was very well thought out. We received a lot of useful tips. It became clear to me how to organize the SMS, ISC, the scientific and methodological management of the school.

Zhupat Oralovna will remain for me the type of leader who needs to be looked up to and who charges with his energy and enthusiasm. She has shown in practice how she cultivates her own kind in the person of Kuralai Kayirdinovna. I saw leadership, team, support, motivation in you, what we studied in theory, you showed in practice in five days of observing you.
