The Nazarbayev Intellectual School specializing in natural sciences and mathematics in Ust-Kamenogorsk was established on the initiative of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, within the framework of the state program '20 Intellectual Schools' and began its work on September 13, 2010.
