Cooperation with support schools
The role of NIS Uralsk, as the methodological center of the region, is important in improving the quality of education. Systematic work to provide methodological support to secondary schools contributes to the introduction of modern educational standards and techniques. The project "Developing the potential of support schools in rural areas" is an important step in this direction, providing teachers with the necessary knowledge and skills. Internships and field trips, including open lessons, seminars and laboratory work, not only improve the qualifications of teachers, but also contribute to the dissemination of advanced pedagogical experience, which ultimately leads to an improvement in the quality of education in the region.
The main schools in which our school operates are: Burlinsky district, Aksay City, secondary school No. 5; Secondary School named after K. Myrzaliyev", Syrymsky District; Secondary School named after T. Zharokov", Zhanibek District; Secondary School named after Mukhamed-Salyk Babazhanov, Bokei Orda district.
During the internship, events were held to bring methodological support and development of pedagogical skills, including 42 open lessons, 39 training seminars, 35 master classes, as well as a comprehensive analysis of 13 lessons and joint planning. The organization of 2 fairs of students' scientific projects, 2 poster sessions and other interactive events contributed to the exchange of experience.

Cooperation with partner schools
On January 30, 2024, the School Partnership Agreement was signed with Al-Bayan Bilingual School, Kuwait. On February 21, 2024, an online conference was organized for high school students (grades 11 and 12), where global issues were actively discussed, which contributed to the development of their skills and competencies. Participation in such a collaboration contributes to the development of students' research, public speaking, critical thinking, teamwork and leadership skills. At the end of the conference, students from two schools were awarded for their achievements in the following nominations: "The Best Delegate," "The Best Speaker," "The Best Position Paper," and "The Honorable Mention."
On April 12, 2024, the director of Al-Bayan Bilingual School, Kevin Fullbrook, was a key speaker at the VIII regional conference of NIS Uralsk on the topic "Digital transformation in education: new methods and technologies in the development of reading literacy", which emphasizes the successful partnership and knowledge exchange between students and teachers.

Participation in the VIII regional conference of NIS Uralsk
The annual VIII regional conference, "Digital Transformation in Education: New Methods and Technologies in the Development of Reading Literacy," was held on April 12, 2024. The conference was held in a mixed format, combining face-to-face and online sessions on the Zoom platform with the following release of articles in the conference collection. The meeting was organized to discuss current trends and innovations in education aimed at improving the quality of learning and skills of students in the context of digital transformation. The focus was on questions about innovative approaches to the development of reading literacy and culture, the use of digital resources, metacognitive strategies and methods of forming global thinking in various subject areas.
The conference was attended by speakers from schools and universities of the West Kazakhstan region, the cities of Aktobe, Atyrau, and Uralsk, members of the book club "Jaiyk Books" in Uralsk, a journalist of the Kazakhstan Oral television and radio company, as well as employees of the branches of the CPE. They spoke at breakout sessions, plenary and poster sessions, as well as conducted a series of practical workshops. All conference participants received personal certificates confirming their contribution to discussing topical issues of improving students' reading competence.

Participation in international conferences
Research serves as an essential tool for the continuous improvement of the school. Continuous work strengthens the research potential of teachers contributing to sustainable development. 13 studies of NIS Uralsk teachers have successfully passed the academic assessment process and received confirmation letters for presentation at the annual international conference "Environmental Education and Sustainable Research Development" (ECER) and WALS 2024. The methodological council recommended the following projects for ECER 2024 (Cyprus): "Integration of Holistic and Sustainable Pedagogy in Chemistry Classrooms: A Survey of Kazakhstan High School Chemistry Teachers " by Mukataeva A.K. and "Enhancing Design and Research Skills in Students: An Academic Inquiry of Integrating Project-Based Learning Approach in History Lessons" by Akhmova D.T.
Teachers' articles based on their research reflect the improvement of professional competence and the desire to make the educational process more relevant for students. Each study analyzes the works of various authors, both foreign and domestic, which significantly affects the teaching methodology and teachers' beliefs.

Professional Development Week for Teachers
From November 20 to 27, 2023, in order to professionally develop teachers and create conditions for improving their skills in differentiated and personalized learning, a traditional professional development week was held "Developing classroom management skills in differentiating and personalizing learning: effective interaction with students."
During the week, teachers especially noted the most interactive and intense poster session "Differentiation and Personalization: studying, discussing and sharing", as well as a lesson in Lesson Study in 10th grade, which was conducted based on the results of the pedagogical council with the research question "How do differentiated learning techniques contribute to improving students' academic achievements?".
In addition, teachers highly appreciated the Reading Time discussion event on the book "Shkolata", which included the online meeting with the book author Akikat Ras. This event allowed to discuss the professional skills and personal qualities of a teacher that contribute to the successful learning and upbringing of students. The professional interaction of the team contributed to the effective use of the school's internal resources.
