SCRATCH OLYMPIAD: NIS URALSK STUDENTS REACH THE HEIGHT OF SUCCESS

At the International Scratch Olympiad-2024, held in the UAE, 12th-grade students Aigerim Zeinullina and Danelya Khassanova achieved remarkable results. Aigerim won the Grand Prix (Overall Scratch Winner, trophy🏆), while Danelya secured victory in the Best Educational Content category (medal 🥇). The competition, conducted online, brought together schoolchildren from the USA, UAE, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, and many other countries.
The International Scratch Olympiad is an annual event where talented students passionate about programming and creativity showcase their projects. This year, 13,027 contestants participated. Winners were selected across five age groups and five thematic categories. Participants brought their original ideas to life on the Scratch platform, creating interactive games, educational programs, animations, and stories.
Our students presented game-based projects designed to make the educational process engaging and enjoyable. Their ideas were highly praised for their originality and depth, earning them well-deserved victories. Bravo!
