Students from Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Uralsk have won prizes at two prestigious competitions with their original project "Su Guard."

"Su Guard" is a unique device that measures blood sugar levels using a fundamentally new, needle-free method.

Our talented students — Merey Bektenov, Sauran Gilym, Alikhan Murzakhmetov, Bekarys Makhsot, and Alan Temirgaleyev — have represented the school at numerous scientific events before.

Their latest achievements:

At the national STEAM competition "Astana STEAM Forum – 2026," the team took 2nd place and won a certificate worth 150,000 tenge.

At the national competition "Alem.ai Battle 2026," they claimed the prestigious "Young Talent" award. Their project was recognised as the best among 830 teams from across Kazakhstan — and the prize was 3 brand-new laptops!
