PRIZE WINNERS OF THE REGIONAL INFORMATICS OLYMPIAD

Students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Uralsk achieved strong results at the subject Olympiad organized by Makhambet Utemisov West Kazakhstan University.

The university invited 9th and 11th grade students from schools across the region to its Open Day, which was held in the format of a subject Olympiad.

The main goal of the event was to give students an opportunity to assess their academic knowledge and to support them in making a more informed choice of future profession.

The Olympiad was held in several subjects. Among more than 100 participants in the Informatics Olympiad, our students won prize-winning places and delivered excellent results.

Results:

• Grade 9 — Yeskali Darkhan, 1st place. Supervisors: Aldiyarova A.A., Suleimenova A.A.

• Grade 10 — Karim Zhomart, 2nd place. Supervisor: Nurmukhanova G.A.

• Grade 11 — Adilkhanov Adilzhan, 3rd place. Supervisor: Khusanova Zh.B.
