A student of NIS Uralsk won a bronze medal at the Silk Road International Mathematical Olympiad

A 10th-grade student of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Uralsk, Murat Meyirbek, won a bronze medal at the International Mathematics Olympiad “Silk Road,” earning an honorable third place.
The prestigious Olympiad brought together talented school students from countries located along the historic Silk Road. The intellectual competition featured participants from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, China, and other countries.
The international stage of this large-scale educational competition was held from March 10 to March 12 in Astana. The Olympiad aims to identify talented school students in the field of mathematical sciences and to promote international educational and scientific cooperation among the participating countries.
By demonstrating a high level of preparation and successfully completing challenging Olympiad tasks, Murat Meyirbek represented his school and country. We congratulate the student on this well-deserved award and wish him further success and new achievements!
