«10 Days of Kindness with KiVa»

25 February 2026 12:02

As part of the implementation of the KiVa programme, aimed at preventing bullying and creating a safe school environment, our school carries out systematic character education and pastoral work. In February, we organised a special initiative entitled “«10 Days of Kindness with KiVa» онкүндігі.”

The initiative began with a vibrant opening activity that set a positive emotional tone for all subsequent events. The character “Kind Heart” brought joy to the children and fostered a sense of unity. The art exhibition “KiVa — A Safe Environment with No Place for Bullying” visually reflected the core values of the programme. Activity stations leading to the “School Without Bullying” — including the KiVa Quest and team-based games — promoted cooperation, responsibility, and teamwork skills.

Particular significance was given to the debate sessions “Is Bullying My Personal Problem or a Social Illness?” which enabled students to develop a thoughtful civic stance and consider the issue from multiple perspectives.

Throughout the ten-day initiative, surveys were conducted, “Open Microphone” platforms were organised, and a discussion meeting entitled “Safe School: Law and Responsibility” was held. KiVa lessons focusing on hidden forms of bullying and responsibility in the digital space, the video contest “Camera On: No to Bullying,” interactive station-based tasks, and an educational quiz involving the parent community were both meaningful and highly engaging for students.

The “Wall of Kind Words” campaign helped create a warm and supportive atmosphere, giving children the opportunity to sincerely share their feelings and express kind wishes to one another.
