"Effective School Management: From Strategy to Results"

NIS Kokshetau hosted a round table dedicated to the issues of effective management of educational institutions. The event was attended by principals and vice-principals of schools, as well as specialists in the field of education.

During the roundtable the speakers presented successful cases of school management, discussed strategic planning and introduction of innovative methods in the educational process. Participants actively shared their experiences, considered real management situations and offered solutions to complex problems.

Special attention was paid to the issues of pedagogical team building, educational process planning and change management. The trainings and master classes discussed methods of effective communication and possibilities of using artificial intelligence technologies in the educational sphere.
