Kokshetau Team Won the Akmola Region Basketball Championship

From February 12th to 14th in Akkola city the championship of Akmola region in basketball among boys born in 2008-2009 years took place. The strongest teams of the region took part in the tournament, demonstrating a high level of training and sportsmanship.

In the national team of Kokshetau were students of 10th grade NIS Kokshetau Tamir Kaskarov and Mansur Galymzhan. Coherent game and fighting spirit helped the team to confidently pass the tournament distance and win the first place.

Tamir Kaskarov deserves special attention, he was awarded an individual prize and received the title of "Best Defender" of the tournament.
