NIS Kokshetau Wraps Up the "Strong Families" International Program
16 March 2026 12:25
NIS Kokshetau has concluded the international "Strong Families" project. Over the course of seven weeks, Grade 7 students and their parents worked on building a solid foundation of trust, guided by the globally recognized methodology of Oxford Brookes University (UK).
The program was much more than a series of lectures; it served as a comprehensive resilience training. Through interactive sessions, families mastered the art of dialogue, collaborative problem-solving, and setting personal boundaries. Trainers paid special attention to fostering "psychological immunity" in adolescents — the ability to resist peer pressure while feeling the unwavering support of their loved ones.
The sessions were professionally facilitated by school trainers: Ainagul Nazarova, Marta Mushel, Aizhan Zholdasbayeva, Gulmira Yeleuova, and Dilnaz Kairkenova. According to the organizers, harmonious family relationships are not only a guarantee of emotional well-being but also a powerful driver for academic success.
