NIS Kokshetau hosted a training seminar entitled “The Empathetic Teacher,” organized by the school's psychological service. The event was part of a systematic effort to create a favorable and safe educational environment.

The key objective of the meeting was to develop empathetic communication skills that enable teachers and students to build trusting and supportive relationships. During the seminar, participants examined in detail the role of emotional intelligence in the learning process, analyzed age-related characteristics of schoolchildren's perception, and learned practical tools for providing psychological support to children.

The format of the event combined theoretical blocks and practical parts, as well as the exchange of professional experience.
