29 January 2026 14:20
As part of the "Parent University" project, a seminar was held for parents of 8th-grade students focusing on the rules of effective family interaction. The meeting was designed to develop practical skills that help parents build trusting relationships with their children during the challenging adolescent period and foster a home environment conducive to academic success.
The event was organized by project coordinator Akku Tasbulatova with the active support of curator Dina Kalymtayeva. The professional expertise of school psychologist Marta Mushel drew particular interest from the audience. She provided a scientific perspective on the developmental characteristics of 8th graders and offered specific techniques for the constructive resolution of conflict situations.
The open dialogue format allowed participants to go beyond theory: parents analyzed typical real-life scenarios, exchanged personal experiences, and found answers to pressing questions. The "Parent University" project once again confirmed its significance as a platform for strengthening the partnership between school and family, uniting efforts for the harmonious development of every child.
