NIS Kokshetau teacher becomes author of new teaching guide

NIS Kokshetau physics teacher Zhanhoz Ongarbay has obtained copyright for the teaching guide NIS Practical Exam Preparation Guide Physics Grade 11-12. The work was co-authored with NIS teachers Saule Asylbekova and Sayagul Nurzhigitova.

The guide was developed taking into account the current requirements for the practical exam in physics and is aimed at the systematic preparation of 11th and 12th grade students. As the author notes, the key idea of the guide is to support the preparation of students for summative assessment in physics in three main components – a format that previously did not have comprehensive methodological materials.

According to the teacher, the structure of the exam underwent significant changes last academic year, which required the creation of a new tool adapted to the updated requirements.

The methodological guide is focused not only on developing practical skills, but also on developing a conscious approach to completing exam tasks.
