NIS Kokshetau shared its pedagogical experience with teachers participating in the Keleshek Mektepteri national project. The school hosted a workshop entitled “Modern School Laboratory: Practical Skills for Teachers,” which was attended by 27 teachers. Participants had the opportunity to learn effective approaches and methods used in intellectual schools.

The workshop was aimed at developing the practical skills of teachers of natural sciences and technology. The program covered current issues in organizing and conducting laboratory classes in physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, STEAM, and robotics. Particular attention was paid to the safe and effective use of school laboratory equipment, PASCO digital sensors, virtual laboratories, the Arduino platform, and the Python programming language.

Teachers from NIS Kokshetau, trainers from the NIS Center for Pedagogical Excellence, and teachers from rural base schools shared their professional experience with the participants. Practical classes and master classes allowed participants not only to update their knowledge, but also to obtain specific tools for implementing modern laboratory and digital solutions in the educational process.
