A National Sports Competition “Zhilik Sogu” Took Place at NIS Kokshetau

A national sports competition in the traditional game Zhilik Sogu was held at NIS Kokshetau among male teachers and students of grades 11–12. The event was organized with the aim of promoting national traditions and strengthening intergenerational continuity.

During the competition, participants demonstrated accuracy, agility, and speed, showing genuine interest in national sports. The intense and dynamic games provided positive emotions for the audience and once again highlighted the significance of traditional Kazakh games.

The event contributed to strengthening cooperation between students and teachers and had a positive impact on promoting a healthy lifestyle through national sports.
