Orazkhan Gabdulla won two national competitions

NIS Kokshetau 10th grade student Orazkhanim Gabdulla took first place in the national competition “Makataev Okulary,” organized by the Intellectual Center “Ashyk Alang,” performing a poem by Muqagali Makataev “Pai, pai, omir.”

In the online competition “Zhuba Okulary,” dedicated to the 105th anniversary of Zhuba Moldagaliyev and in which students from grades 9-11 of NIS schools participated, Orazkhanim took second place in the “book trailer” category. She carefully studied the works of Juban Moldagaliyev, his life, poems, and verses. As a result, Orazkhanim created an interesting and informative book trailer that attracted the attention of her peers.

Orazkhanim's supervisor, Kazakh language and literature teacher Raushan Beisenova, noted her talent, creative approach, and curiosity.

"Orazkhanim is a very gifted and talented student. She has mastered the technique of expressive poetry reading and has been regularly participating in expressive reading competitions since 7th grade. Orazkhanim deeply understands the poet's intent and knows how to convey it to the listener using impressive reading techniques. She always wins prizes. Her curiosity and desire to explore creativity make her work particularly meaningful and interesting for the audience," she said.
