NIS Kokshetau students win prizes in the online stage of the Republican Scientific Project Competition

NIS Kokshetau students represented their school with dignity at the online stage of the Republican Scientific Project Competition and became prize winners in several categories.

In the category “Environmental Protection and Human Health”:

1st place – 11th grade students Ilyasov Arnur and Erikuly Eskendir with the project “Forest Fire Detection System,” aimed at early detection of fires and prevention of their spread.

1st place – 9th grade students Temirlan Pshanbayev and Kazhmukan Erasyl with their project “Selection and Optimization of Conditions for Growing Plastic-Decomposing Bacteria in Urban Environments.” The students' research contributes to solving a pressing environmental problem – the recycling of plastic waste using biological methods.

3rd place – 11th grade students Rasul Sagenov and Abilmansur Karabaev with their project “TechnoSprout System.”

3rd place – 8th grade student Tamerlan Shaykenov with the project “Device for air monitoring and early warning of indoor risks,” which helps control air quality.

In the “Computer Science” category:

3rd place – 10th grade student Samat Ablaykhan with the project “AniGuard Automated Animal Evacuation Management System for Emergencies.”

3rd place – 10th grade student Arman Kuzair with the mobile application project “Bowl of Kindness.”
