From inclusion to ecology: how the Qamqor volunteer club operates

08 October 2025 09:00

A meeting between the Qamqor volunteer club and Anastasia Tukina, chair of the Ananyn Zholy public association, took place at NIS Kokshetau. The dialogue became a starting point for long-term cooperation aimed at promoting inclusion, developing volunteerism, and expanding the social activity of schoolchildren.

The Qamqor club brings together students in grades 7–11 and works in two key areas: supporting children with special needs and protecting the environment. The students strive not only to help, but also to change society's attitude toward vulnerable groups and issues of sustainable development.

The partnership with the Ananyn Zholy NGO opens up new horizons: joint projects, educational and cultural programs, and the creation of a network of youth ambassadors in the districts of the Akmola region. At the heart of these initiatives are people, their dignity, and their right to be heard and accepted.

The club's projects have already been highly praised by experts: students took part in a seminar led by Professor Rae Kwon Chung, presented the ECOTREND eco-project, and were awarded a certificate of honor from the Baitak party for their contribution to the development of the youth environmental movement.
