The NIS Kokshetau teachers became copyright holders

NIS Kokshetau teachers Anara Kapanayeva and Laura Shegirova, along with eighth-grade student Temirlan Pshenbayev, received a copyright for their automated waste container.

Their innovative system helps prevent environmental pollution and the overfilling of garbage cans. The container is equipped with an automatic lid and sensors that detect how full it is and notify waste removal services when it needs to be emptied.

The project was realized using Arduino Uno and ultrasonic and laser sensors.

On October 29, 2024, Amangeldy Satiev and Darhan Sabyrbekov, both from NIS Kokshetau, received a copyright for the historical and cognitive game KTED.
