Internship within the project "Capacity Building of Reference Schools in Rural Areas".

NIS Kokshetau organized an internship for teachers within the framework of the project "Capacity Building of Support Schools in Rural Areas".

The participants of the training were teachers from secondary schools of Akmola and North Kazakhstan oblasts. Among them there are representatives of Dosovskaya secondary school of Katarkol village, school No. 3 of Shortandy settlement, school-lyceum named after Baluan Sholak of Makinsk town, school-gymnasium named after Malik Gabdullin of Zerenda village, secondary school No. 2 named after Abay of Stepnyak town, Talshyk secondary school and Novoishim secondary school No. 1.

During the internship program the teachers actively participated in master classes, attended open lessons, trainings, seminars and poster sessions. The program was aimed at developing professional competencies, sharing best pedagogical practices, introducing innovative teaching approaches and improving the quality of the educational process in rural schools.

Special attention was paid to the integration of modern teaching methods, formation of critical thinking among students, application of digital technologies and development of functional literacy among students. Teachers had the opportunity to gain valuable experience, ask questions and practice their knowledge.
