Batyrkhan Sheruen-winner of the XXI International zhautikov Olympiad

The XXI International Zhautikov Olympiad in mathematics, physics and computer science (IZhO) has ended in the capital. About 700 students from 15 countries took part in the competition. The competition, which lasted five days, consisted of 2 rounds.

In this competitive race, BATYRKHAN Sheruen, a student of Nis in Atyrau, took the 2nd place and won a silver medal.

It should be noted that students of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools showed a high level of training and won 5 gold, 5 silver and 6 bronze medals. It is gratifying that an attentive student of our school was found among the winners. Among the participants were excellent students from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Mongolia and Kazakhstan.

The knowledge of the participants was evaluated by a team led by the chairman of the jury, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumadildayev. The tasks of international judges are based on high standards. It should be noted that the Olympiad has been held since 2004.

The Olympiad was organized by the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republican scientific and practical Center "Daryn" and the NAO "Republican School of physics and mathematics". On behalf of the team, we congratulate our prize-winning student and his teachers on a grand victory!
