Acceptance of documents for admission to the 7th grade in NIS Atyrau continues

Dear students of the 6th grades of secondary schools of Atyrau region and parents! The Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemical and Biological Sciences in Atyrau accepts documents from students of grades 6 of secondary schools in the region from January 8 to February 11, 2025 for enrolling candidates in grade 7 based on a competitive selection for the 2025-2026 academic year.

The admission committee's work schedule is Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00. Lunch break from 13: 00 to 14: 00. Sunday off!

The list of documents required for participation in the competitive selection:

- Application for participation in the competition (the application must be filled in at the admissions office);

- A questionnaire about the data of the parents and the student (to be filled out at the admissions office);

-The applicant's birth certificate, the applicant's IIN, a copy of the applicant's identity card (if any), a copy of the legal representative's identity card indicating the IIN (a copy of the document from the Caspian application);

- A copy of the candidate's report card for the first half of the 6th grade. The report card must be signed by the head of the relevant educational organization and sealed. Applicants studying in the 7th grade of secondary education organizations, except for students of foreign educational institutions and international schools that differ from the classes of educational organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan due to differences in the level of education and curriculum, are not eligible for retraining in this class of Intellectual Schools in the next academic year.;

- Official letters explaining the content of the program and assessment scales from the school where candidates studying in foreign educational organizations or international schools study, the curricula and assessment scales of which differ from the curricula and assessment scales of educational organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are attached to the report card (transcript of assessment);

- A digital photo of at least 1 MB (megabyte) in the form of a 3x4 cm graphic file is taken at the admissions office when submitting documents with the participation of the candidate;

- All documents are filed and submitted in a 10-page folder.

Documents are not accepted in the following cases:

1) applications for participation in the competitive selection were submitted later than the deadline; 2) incomplete documents on the approved list.

Documents brought to the admissions office by another person without a power of attorney will not be accepted. The results of comprehensive testing are posted on the website www.nis.edu.kz after 40 calendar days from the second day of comprehensive testing. According to the results of the competition, the final decision is made by the Republican Commission for the award of the educational grant "Orken".
