New Achievements — New Heights

The traditional award ceremony honouring the best-performing students continues at NIS Atyrau. At the first ceremony of the new academic year, students were recognised for their achievements during the summer holidays.

Among those honoured were finalists of the Learn with Bilim competition, as well as prize-winners of the National Robotix Olympiad, held in Almaty, who took second place. Another student was recognised for achieving first place in a republican competition organised as part of the National History Day.

Special recognition was also given to a student who participated in an international educational programme and successfully completed the STEAM International Study Program.

The students also actively participated in social, cultural, and educational projects. Students who took part in events organised by the Zholashar Public Foundation and contributed to conducting workshops were presented with Letters of Appreciation.

Achievements in the field of science were also highlighted. Scientific projects presented at the VIII International Scientific Seminar NEXT-Chem Exploratory Workshop in Bucharest, Romania, received the Europa Award. In addition, students who demonstrated outstanding results in the Annual Avogadro Exam were presented with Certificates of Distinction 2026.

There were achievements in sports as well. Students who won first and second places at the regional stage of the 13th Summer Games of Schoolchildren of Kazakhstan in chess were also recognised with special awards.

The school principal presented the students with diplomas and awards, wishing them continued success on their journey towards new knowledge and scientific achievements.

These accomplishments are a vivid testament to the students’ pursuit of knowledge, hard work, and ability to make effective use of new opportunities.
