The "Strong Family" (Berik Otbasy) project, aimed at strengthening family values and developing the connection between parents and children, has successfully concluded at NIS Atyrau.
The main goal was to preserve the institution of the family—considered one of the most important values in a person's life—and to support parents and guardians in raising children. The program allowed parents to discuss educational issues together without disrupting the rhythm of their daily lives.
Seven thematic meetings were held as part of the project. The sessions covered vital topics such as "Love and Limits," "Family Values and Rules," "Strengthening Relationships Between Family Members," "Encouraging Good Behavior," and "Managing Emotions."
The primary participants were 7th-grade students and their parents. For several weeks, they actively participated in discussions, training sessions, and joint activities, exchanging experiences.
At the conclusion of the event, Deputy Director Kazbek Zhailauuly presented the participants with special certificates. Parents expressed their sincere gratitude to the organizers, noting the project's great significance and benefit to their families. Participants shared their positive impressions and expressed their hope that such noble initiatives would continue at the school in the future.
