In the NIS of Atyrau, as part of the "Reading Together" project, shanyrak "Alatau" read Sherkhan Murtaza's short story "Nana's Boarding School" and held an intellectual meeting on the work.

The younger groups of shanyrak staged episodes from the life of children in a boarding school in the post-war years, as if feeling the value of a piece of bread, the patience and perseverance of hungry children of that time.

One of shanyrak's students shared his thoughts in the form of a monologue on the topic "How do we understand the value of bread today?", and another presented a video about modern boarding school life, provoking a lively response from the audience. "If the bread of the boarding school of the past taught the older generation patience, today's abundance at the boarding school guides us to knowledge and the future," Shakhkarim Bektileu, a student of 11th grade, summed up his speech.

As part of the theme, the students filmed the popular game "Continue the Proverb" and watched it on the big screen, praising the resourcefulness of their improvising friends. During the event, the children also arranged images created by artificial intelligence based on the plot of the work, and all shanyrak's students took part in the game "Kahoot", answering questions.

At the end of the meeting, prize draws were organized under the heading "Gifts for children", gifts were presented and the most active participants were awarded. The students expressed their gratitude to the Kazakh language teacher G. Alimkyzy and the curator of shanyrak M. Maksotkyzy for organizing the event.
