Increasing research potential

How to conduct research in action aimed at supporting the professional development of teachers at NIS in Atyrau? A methodical master class was organized on this topic with the participation of NIS teachers.

The master class was conducted by Kazakh language teachers Akmaral Kamenova, Nurgul Ongarovna and Aiza Burkitbayevna. The speakers examined the research in action as an effective tool that allows for a deep analysis of the teacher's daily experience, and shared specific ways to integrate it into the learning process. During the event, teachers discussed the stages of competent preparation of a research question, planning, implementation of research in action, evaluation of the results obtained and reflection as a single system. The experience-based analysis was aimed at developing teachers' professional thinking and improving the quality of education.

The master class became a meaningful platform for teachers to share professional experience, form a research approach and give a new impetus to the educational process.
