NIS Share project in rural schools

The NIS methodological group of Atyrau held a meeting on the NIS Share project for teachers of the Oraz Sarkunanov secondary school in the village of Dossor, Makat district. The best international models for optimizing teaching methods, studying and planning activities, and evaluating students' knowledge were presented at the meeting.

The seminar gave priorities for the development of students' research skills and pedagogical reflection based on the principles of "Action research" and "Lesson study". The intellectual school team listened to the feedback from rural teachers on the implementation of NICHE experience and suggested ways to improve educational activities.

Then, as part of the NIS Share project, Atyrau teachers met with members of the school self-government organization. The students talked about the results of best practices in education, expressed their opinion on ways to increase interest in classes.
