"First Aid": how to provide first aid quickly?

A first aid briefing was provided at the NIS dormitory in Atyrau, where paramedic Mirambek Akhmetov shared his experience and qualifications.

He taught and demonstrated in practice the rules of emergency response, familiarizing himself with the basic first aid techniques provided in case of injuries.

He also introduced the most common types of first aid that should be provided in emergency situations. During the event, they not only talked about cardiac arrest, first aid for blood loss, actions for venous bleeding and the features of each of them, but also demonstrated during practice.

During such events, students will undoubtedly acquire the skills they need and learn how to help themselves and others in various crisis situations.
