Aizere Andosova, a student of the 11th grade of NIS in Atyrau, participated in the International Chemical Conference in Barcelona, Spain, with the theoretical part of her research work, distinguished herself with knowledge and successfully delivered a report.

The conference, organized by the Coalesce Research group, was attended by renowned and qualified researchers, business delegates and talented student communities from more than 20 countries.

In the practical part of her research, Ayzere Serikovna worked in the Petrochemistry laboratory of Atyrau University of Oil and Gas under the guidance of her chemistry teacher Said Asif Abbas and University professor Saginaev Amanzhan Turemuratovich. In the laboratory, they prepared an absorbent (sorbent) consisting of magnetite nanoparticles dissolved in a nonpolar medium such as kerosene or para-Oleum Fluid (POF). It is a new magnetic nanotechnology used to clean oil-contaminated soils and oil spills.

Eisere recently received an official invitation from the Royal Chemical Society of Australia to present his research paper. In addition, Aizere will present his work at a conference in Romania.
