Eco Club NIS IB

Eco Club is a school community that brings together proactive students striving to create an environmentally conscious and sustainable environment. Our mission is to raise ecological awareness through educational activities, waste sorting, and participation in eco-initiatives.

What do we do?

🔹 Regular waste sorting at school
🔹 Organizing the annual Republican Eco Hackathon
🔹 Hosting eco festivals, fairs, and training sessions
🔹 Off-site seminars for schools
🔹 Participating in conferences, forums, and educational events

Republican Network of Eco Clubs "Eco Jeli"

We are the initiators of the Eco Jeli network – a student-led organization that unites eco clubs from NIS schools. Its goal is to coordinate, exchange experiences, and enhance the effectiveness of eco-initiatives through joint activities.

How to join?

🔹 Internship: The club is led by 11th-grade students as part of the CAS program, while 10th-grade students undergo internships to prepare for leadership roles.
🔹 Volunteering: Any student can become a volunteer and help organize events.

Our Partners

We collaborate with leading companies and organizations such as BI Group, MobiDev Academy, American Corner, Eco Shop Astana, Rocket Plastic, as well as the Kazakhstan Association of Solar Energy and the National Federation of UNESCO Clubs.
