On December 11, our school hosted an informative lecture titled "The December Events – A Testament to Independence."

The event featured a distinguished guest, Aigul Amirzhanovna Mekekova, a poet, participant in the December events, and Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Center for Heraldic Research" under the Committee of Archives, Documentation, and Publishing of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She met with 8th-grade students.

During the lecture, Aigul Amirzhanovna shared her personal experiences from the challenging times of the December events. The meeting was held in an open and warm atmosphere, with students actively asking questions and engaging in meaningful dialogue.

Such events play a crucial role in fostering respect for history and strengthening patriotism among the younger generation.
