Experience exchange of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools
Experience exchange of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools plays an important role in the development of the country's secondary education system as well as the implementation of the Development Strategy of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools JSC-2035.
Projects to transfer the experience of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools continue successfully, have a positive response in Kazakh society and serve as a good example of the synergy of efforts of the state, business and education in improving the quality of knowledge of Kazakh schoolchildren.
The Center for Educational Programs is engaged in the development of modern educational programs that meet the requirements of modern education and innovative teaching methods. These programs are adapted and transferred to other educational institutions in the secondary education system. The center provides training to teachers of state schools in subject knowledge, research skills and functional literacy.
Support for teaching staff: To ensure successful experience exchange, it is important to provide support and professional development for teachers. The Center for Teaching Excellence organizes advanced training courses, training events, seminars and master classes, where teachers can exchange experiences and learn new teaching methods.
To effectively share experience, it is necessary to create educational resources, including educational materials, online courses and teaching aids. These resources can be made available to a wide audience of teachers and students.
To support teachers, the bank of methodological resources has been created on the portal https://tt.nis.edu.kz/, which is replenished with the most effective materials that have been tested in practice at state schools. Each anchor school has its own account to provide quantitative and qualitative data in order to analyze the current situation in the school.
The website “System-methodological complex” https://smk.edu.kz/ contains the largest library of resources for effective teaching.
Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools in each region of the country conduct internships on the basis of their schools on school management, use of modern equipment, open lessons, and also travel to other schools with methodological assistance.
