🌱 Cultural exchange in action! 🌍

As part of the "Partner Schools" program, the Intellectual School annually hosts foreign students and teachers from leading international educational institutions. This time, the school welcomed students from the Hannover International School (Germany).

This week, we are delighted to host guests from Germany—students from the Hannover School. They have come on an exchange program to immerse themselves in Kazakh culture and traditions, as well as to learn more about NIS and its students.

Our guests are staying with local students' families, giving them a unique opportunity to experience real life in Kazakhstan. Over the past five days, they have accomplished much: attending classes at NIS, learning national dances, playing the dombyra, and sharing presentations about their country. They are genuinely amazed by the beauty of Astana and Borovoe!

Today, we also visited the building of the Parliament of Kazakhstan—the Mazhilis. The guests had an exciting opportunity to learn how important laws are made in our country. A big thank you to Akhmetov Kuat and Akhmedov Yerzhan for their warm welcome, as well as to Elnura Abakanova and deputy Zhuldyz Suleimenova for explaining the specifics of the work of the Mazhilis and Senate and answering our questions.

Cultural exchange is always a enriching experience for both sides, helping people better understand each other.
