Students of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Astana-Nura demonstrated outstanding results at the Republican Olympiad in general subjects for students of grades 7–8.

The following students emerged as winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad:

• Ilyas Suindykov — 1st place in Biology. Supervisor: Elmira Oshanovna Kozhakhmetova.

• Dilkarim Yerbolsyn — 2nd place in Physics. Supervisor: Lizaveta Bisenovna Khamitova.

• Beket Amanzhol — 2nd place in Geography. Supervisor: Gulzhan Abenovna Nurgalieva.

• Ismet Islam — 3rd place in Mathematics. Supervisor: Mukhtar Kabak.

The primary goal of the competition is to foster students' interest in intellectual and scientific pursuits, create favorable conditions for identifying and developing the abilities of gifted children, and provide support to highly motivated students in subject-specific Olympiads.
