The "Workout" Project is an innovative initiative designed to boost physical activity and foster the holistic development of students. Throughout the academic year, 9th-grade students mastered elements of gymnastics, physical education, and fitness. The exercises are based on bodyweight training, an essential tool for building strength, endurance, and flexibility.

The core feature of this project is student autonomy: participants learn to set their own goals and design personalized training plans. "Workout" does more than just improve physical health—it builds character, develops willpower, and nurtures a competitive spirit. At the end of the year, a special school commission evaluated student progress and identified the top performers.

The names of students with the highest achievements are entered into the school "Book of Records," while those with the best results at the network level are honored in the "NIS Book of Records."
