NIS Astana-Nura Students Excel at INFOMATRIX ASIA-2026

Students of NIS Astana-Nura demonstrated outstanding results at the international INFOMATRIX ASIA-2026 competition. This year, the large-scale event brought together 250 teams from 10 countries worldwide.

We are proud to announce our winners and prize-holders:

1st PLACE 🥇

  • Applied Science Category: The Exoskeleton team project was recognized as the best in its category and awarded 1st place.

    • Team Members: Semyon Chistyakov (11R), Nadzhmudin Adikhanov (11R), Asylzhan Sailau (11V).

  • Hardware Control Category: The ACTIVE team project took top honors, securing 1st place.

    • Team Members: Arnur Togambayev (11R), Targyn Faizulla (12I).

  • Startup Category: The MindShield team project was named the winner and awarded 1st place.

    • Team Members: Fariza Ramazanova (12I), Dilnaz Nurkhamit (11G), Aruzhan Sergaliyeva (12B).

2nd PLACE 🥈

  • Applied Science Category: The project "Detection of Chromium in Industrial Waste" secured 2nd place.

    • Awardee: Aizere Uakhit (9H).

  • Startup Category: The RafNaKokosovom team project took 2nd place.

    • Team Members: Sunkar Kumar (10C), Askar Tanatkan (10B).

  • Applied Science Category: The XLNC Astra project was awarded 2nd place.

    • Awardee: Togzhan Kabdolda (11P).

3rd PLACE 🥉

  • Hardware Control Category: The TN-Bionics team project secured 3rd place.

    • Team Members: Tamirlan Naurzbayev (10H), Shakhnazar Tleof (10H), Bekarys Rakhymzhan (11Q).

  • Applied Science Category: The Sunsteppe team project was awarded 3rd place.

    • Team Members: Adiya Sadykova (9H), Kamila Sakhi (8C).

  • AI Programming Category: The Bugsyzdar team project took 3rd place.

    • Team Members: Aisha Adilova (11C), Alizhan Asankhan (11C), Aiganym Begaly (11F).
