🌱«Best Teacher of the Year 2025» Winners Announced at NIS Astana-Nura

The Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in the Nura district of Astana hosted its annual "Best Teacher of the Year" competition. The event aims to enhance the prestige of the teaching profession, identify and support talented educators, and promote the exchange of best professional practices.

This year's competition featured two comprehensive stages. During the main stage, participants demonstrated their excellence through "I am a Personality, I am a Teacher" introductory presentations and TEDx-style talks focused on the integration of digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into modern educational practices.

The competition results are as follows:

• 1st Place: Alisher Uayessov, Chemistry Teacher;

• 2nd Place: Zhanar Omarova, Russian Language and Literature Teacher;

• 3rd Place: Aizhan Zhakina (Pedagogue-Organizer-Curator), Aliya Rayimbekova (Mathematics Teacher), and Dina Aubakirova (English Language Teacher).

Winners and laureates were honored with diplomas, cash prizes, and commemorative gifts. The success of this competition marks a significant milestone in the development of the school's professional pedagogical community and reaffirms the high level of expertise held by the faculty at NIS Astana-Nura.
