Meeting «The Path to Science»

As part of the «Wise Thursday» project, students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in the Nura district of Astana met with a young scientist in the field of materials science and chemical engineering, PhD Adi Akylbek.

During the meeting, the speaker shared his academic journey, international experience, and research achievements. He spoke about the knowledge he gained at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, as well as his scientific work on the development of cathode active materials and their precursors for lithium-ion batteries.

In addition, Adi Akylbek emphasized the importance of curiosity for science, perseverance, and continuous effort, offering valuable advice to the students. He encouraged young people to pursue knowledge and to take bold steps in scientific research.

At the end of the meeting, the students asked questions of interest and shared their reflections on science and innovation.
