"SUCCESSFUL START" - COMPETITION FOR YOUNG TEACHERS

On April 5, the final round of the professional competition “Successful Start” was held at the NIS of Physics and Mathematics in Astana, aimed at developing and supporting the activity of young teachers. The competition was attended by 10 teachers who had just begun their teaching career at NIS. These are biology teachers: Zholbarys Aiman Aitbaevna and Kalabaev Alibek Muratkhanuly, English teachers: Arap Ayazhan Abaykyzy and Sayranova Aliya Muratovna, computer science teachers: Smet Nurbolsyn Zhandillauly, Saiken Alһakim Zhaskairatuly, teacher of Russian language and literature: Bulatova Diana Muratovna, teacher of Kazakh language and literature: Aklepesova Zhadra Daryabaevna, geography teacher: Zhetpisbaeva Asel Erbolovna, mathematics teacher: Bektemirov Anuarbek Bektursunovich. The competition was held in two stages, teachers gave a series of open lessons, shared their experiences, and made videos about important issues of modern education. At the finals, the contestants spoke in front of their colleagues and the jury in the TEDx format. The most interesting and emotional competition required confidence, communication skills and professionalism from the finalists. According to the results of the competition, English teacher Arap Ayazhan Abaykyzy was recognized as the winner of the school competition for young teachers. Biology teacher Kalabaev Alibek Muratkhanuly and English teacher Sayranova Aliya Muratovna took the second place. The third place went to biology teacher Zholbarys Aiman Aitbaevna and teacher of Kazakh language and literature Aklepesova Zhadra Daryabaevna.
