Discipline – The Key to Success

NIS students had the great opportunity to meet the captain of the men’s volleyball team "Aktobe", Aibat Netalin. The meeting was actively supported by Berdikhan Adilkhanov, the father of 11th-grade student Abilaykhan Mendikhan.

During the event, Aibat Netalin shared his experience in professional sports. He started playing volleyball while still in school, and over time, his hobby turned into a career. Today, Aibat holds the title of Best Player of the Republic of Kazakhstan Cup. He emphasized that patience, discipline, and perseverance helped him achieve this recognition.

In his speech, he repeatedly referred to the famous words of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly: "A nation without discipline cannot exist, those who follow discipline will never be slaves." With this, he drew the students’ attention to the importance of self-discipline.

Aibat also spoke about the challenges and achievements on his journey to success and answered students' questions. To make the event even more engaging, the school's volleyball team players prepared challenges for the sportsman and competed against him. Notably, during the competition, Aibat Netalin shared some professional volleyball techniques and tricks.

The meeting was held in a warm and inspiring atmosphere. Events like these serve as motivation and encouragement for students. Aibat Netalin expressed his gratitude to the organizers and participants and wished NIS students to stay committed to their goals, lead a healthy lifestyle, and always believe in themselves!
