A meeting was held with veterans of «Желтоқсан»

At the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Aktobe, an event titled "Zheltoqsan Alauy – the Beginning of Independence" was held on the eve of Independence Day. The honored guests of the meeting were the chairwoman of the Aktobe Regional "Zheltoqsan Alauy" Public Association, December veteran Janar Omar, and Zinaida Kazbanova.

During the meeting, the students delved into the historical significance of the December events and listened to the veterans' memories. The students conveyed the importance of the December Uprising for today's generation through a Q&A session, as well as through poems and songs.

In turn, the veterans expressed their gratitude for the school’s simultaneous focus on both education and upbringing.
