Teacher of Champions: NIS-Trained Educators Won the Top Title Four Times

Bazargul Srymov, a teacher at NIS in Aktobe, is the mentor of four "best teachers."

For 10 years, she has been training educators for the national "Best Physical Education Teacher" competition. The experienced teacher, Bazargul Zhikebaevna, consistently achieves great results as her trainees always return with awards.

This competition was first held in 2014. That same year, Bazargul Srymov was entrusted with preparing a teacher to represent the honor of the Aktobe region at the national level. Since then, her efforts have never failed.

In 2014, at the competition in Shchuchinsk, Nurgali Sarypkekov, a teacher from Gymnasium No. 51 in Aktobe, won the Grand Prix. He became the first to earn the title of "Best Physical Education Teacher" and now works with the NIS team. Nurgali Sarypkekov makes significant contributions to fostering a sporting spirit among students.

The next group of Bazargul Srymov’s mentees also achieved success. In 2019, Samgat Yeskarin, a teacher from Gymnasium No. 51, took 3rd place, and in 2023, Alibek Pusyrmanov from Shalkar District won 2nd place.

Most recently, the national "Best Physical Education Teacher" competition was held again. This time, under the guidance of Bazargul Srymov, Timur Zhienbayev, a physical education teacher from Martuk District, won the Grand Prix.
