A five-day internship was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Aktobe as part of the "Developing the Potential of Rural Hub Schools" project.
The internship aimed to improve the quality of education in rural schools. Teachers from 12 educational institutions in the Aktobe region spent a week at NIS, enhancing their qualifications.

From November 25 to 29, NIS teachers organized various training sessions, seminars, open lessons, and workshops. The courses covered topics such as managing the educational process, the educational system, computer science, robotics, and subject-based teaching. Additional aspects of school life, such as organizing research work, innovative library practices, and psychological services, were also included.
Teachers participating in the internship highlighted the opportunity to observe their colleagues' best practices. "The knowledge we gained will help us implement new methods in our schools, improve teaching quality, and make the educational process more engaging and modern," they said.
