Future directors undergo an internship at the Intellectual School

Participants of the program “Personnel reserve of school leaders: potential and development strategies” undergo an internship at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Aktobe. The Future Directors Schedule is a comprehensive and systematic internship program aimed at developing key skills and knowledge for the effective management of educational institutions The project plan includes attending methodological lectures, discussing certification and research management issues with school experts, observing lessons, receiving feedback, participating in discussion methodological work, as well as monitoring student development and ensuring psychological safety in the educational environment.
